Hi Team,
Came across this issue while trying to find other bug:
Test Case: data:text/html,<select%20multiple%20size=1><option>1<option>2</select>
Look at - scrollbar thumb, it is below 'select' container.

Seems to be fixed with UI-side compositing (i.e. macOS Sonoma).

Good to know. Is 'UI-side compositing' going to be turned on by default on Sonoma?
Plus if I am not wrong, it is turned on in STP as well? If yes, on Ventura for me, it is reproducible in STP177 as well. Although if it is not then ignore me.
