The "Copy iOS Sandbox Profiles for Manual Sandboxing" build phase has been non-functional since at least https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=238255 in 2022, and WK_MANUAL_SANDBOXING_ENABLED has not been set automatically since https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=153834 in 2016..

Additionally, we removed use of the ENABLE(MANUAL_SANDBOXING) feature macro in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=202536.
