Thanks to the work done in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=261460, we can run WPT for WebVTT in WebKitTestRunner. So we can import them from the upstream and remove the duplicate tests copied to /LayoutTests/media/track/opera/track/webvtt/parsing.
