Video for explaining the issue

**Description:**
I am experiencing a recurring issue with media playback on Safari that affects my ability to use the browser effectively. This issue has persisted across multiple versions of Safari, including Safari 16 and Safari 17 Beta. I have also confirmed that the problem occurs in other web browsers based on WebKit.

**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Open Safari on macOS (Ventura version 13.5.2) running on a MacBook Air M2.
2. Visit a website and attempt to play multiple MP3 audio files sequentially.

**Expected Behavior:**
The MP3 audio files should play without interruption or issues.

**Actual Behavior:**
After playing several MP3 audio files, Safari's media player displays a loading icon within the blank media controller, but fails to play the audio. This issue affects not only websites but also local files opened from Finder directly through Safari.

**Additional Information:**
- This issue is not specific to a particular website; it occurs consistently across various websites and media sources.
- While the loading icon is displayed, Safari stops playing any other media, such as YouTube or Facebook videos, I need to reload the those pages to continue watch videos, but not working for mp3 audio pages.
- The only temporary solution I have found is to restart Safari, which is not a practical long-term solution.
- I have attempted to resolve the issue by cleaning the cache and disabling extensions (I only use an ad blocker), but these actions did not resolve the problem.

**System Information:**
- macOS Version: Ventura version 13.5.2
- Safari Version: 16 and Safari 17 Beta
- Hardware: MacBook Air M2
- WebKit Version: 268238@main

**Other Browsers Tested:**
- The issue is reproducible in other browsers based on WebKit.

**Additional Notes:**
- This issue does not occur in Chromium-based browsers like Google Chrome.

After upgrading my macOS from Ventura to Sonoma, I no longer encounter this issue. My Safari version currently stands at "17.0 (19616.1.27.211.1)". If I encounter this issue again in the future, I will be sure to inform you here.
