This test is a flaky ImageOnlyFailure on macOS, both wk1 and wk2.

REPRODUCTION:

I was able to reproduce this issue on macOS Ventura (13.5, 22G74/arm64) ToT using the following command:

rwt --clobber-old-results --verbose --iterations 100 --exit-after-n-failures 1 --child-processes 10 -f media/media-source/media-managedmse-seek.html

REGRESSION:

This test has been flaky since it was added at 267814@main.

Note: This test started as only being flaky on macOS wk1; however, it regressed somewhere to include wk2.
