For example, <div lang="zh-Hans">中国Hello中国</div>. We have to make sure that something sensible happens to the inner word "Hello". Ideally we'd use the same or similar infrastructure as https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=261973 rather than naively letting it overflow.
