Is a flaky crash on macOS ToT and since 268549@main(dashboard viewable history).

This issue can be reproduced using command:
run-webkit-tests --debug -f --clobber-old-results --exit-after-n-failures 1  --force  --child-processes=5 --iterations=50   fast/scrolling/scroll-to-anchor-zoomed-header.html

I can get better reliable reproductions using the following:
run-webkit-tests --debug --iterations=5 --force --no-retry --child-processes 1 --test-list test-list-scroll-to-anchor-zoomed-header-final.txt
