REPRODUCIBILITY:

I was able to reproduce this issue on macOS Sonoma (14.0, 23A344/arm64) ToT using the following command:

run-webkit-tests --clobber-old-results --verbose fast/forms/basic-inputs.html fast/forms/input-disabled-color.html fast/forms/number/number-appearance-spinbutton-disabled-readonly.html fast/forms/placeholder-pseudo-style.html
