We should revert fast/mediastream/video-srcObject-set-twice.html to be a ref test.
In https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=261920, to remove the flakiness, we moved to a layout test as the rendering is not always correct.
We should fix the underlying issue.
