Hi Team,

While going through Blink's commit, I came across failing test case:

^ Failing in Safari Technology Preview 180 while passes in Chrome Canary 119 and Firefox Nightly 120.

Doing local merge leads to passing following test case.

Just raising so we can fix it.

Safari Technology Preview 185 is showing it pass consistently for me.
