Hi Team,

While searching through [safari] tag on stackoverflow, I came across following bug:

1) Open website
2) Scroll till it shows 'My Work' container
3) Use swipe to scroll horizontally on Safari Technology Preview 180

Expected Result (in Firefox Nightly 120 and Chrome Canary 120):

Should not scroll container.

Actual Result:

Scrolled.
