The following tests are constantly failing on iOS 17 wk2:

fast/text/international/unicode-bidi-plaintext-in-textarea.html
svg/custom/svg-fonts-in-html.html

These tests only have slight pixel differences in their text diffs. For this reason, I am designating them as candidates for rebaseline on iOS 17. If I am mistaken, I will file separate bugs for them.
