Steps to reproduce:

1. Start VoiceOver
2. Open https://codepen.io/rolaman/pen/vYvMdmG
3. Navigate to form input element via tab

Expected result:
VoiceOver should announce the input hint text linked via aria-describedby.


Other browsers tested:

Chrome: Same issue

Firefox: Works as expected, input hint read correctly

Edge: Same issue (as it is using Chromium)
