media/media-source/media-source-first-sample-pts-non-zero-canplay-without-renderer.html times out because WebCoreDecompressionSession does not dispatch the "canplay" event when a source buffer's first sample has a presentation time greater than 0.

Resolved by bug 282969 (286525@main). Removing test expectations as part of bug 288208.
