Description:
TestWebKitAPI.ServiceWorker.ServiceWorkerWindowClientFocus

Is a flaky failure on Sonoma ToT and since bring-up.  This is also a flaky failure on Ventura going back on the dashboard to approximately 08/29/23 at 267407@main, although I cannot see how that commit is related.

This issue can reproduced on Sonoma using the command: 
run-api-tests --debug --iterations=1 TestWebKitAPI.ServiceWorker.ServiceWorkerWindowClientFocus
