TestWebKitAPI.WebKit.SlowBeforeUnloadPromptAllow
TestWebKitAPI.WebKit.SlowBeforeUnloadPromptReject

Is a flaky timeout on Sonoma ToT and since bring-up.

I cannot reproduce this locally, but I can do so on the bot.

This issue can be reproduced on the bot(bot613) using the command: 
run-api-tests --no-build --release --verbose TestWebKitAPI.WebKit.SlowBeforeUnloadPromptAllow TestWebKitAPI.WebKit.SlowBeforeUnloadPromptReject
