Description:
The following two tests are constantly failing on Sonoma, Monterey and Ventura macOS wk1 arm64 since bringup.

imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-backgrounds/background-size/background-size-cover.xht 
imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-backgrounds/background-size/background-size-contain.xht


This issue can be reproduced using the command: 
run-webkit-tests --release -1 --iterations=10 imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-backgrounds/background-size/background-size-cover.xht
