The newly-imported test imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/scroll-animations/css/animation-timeline-none.html is a failure because its failing result varies from run to run.

The test  scroll-animations/css/progress-based-animation-timeline.html and scroll-animations/css/view-timeline-dynamic.html also are flaky failures.
