The following tests are all constant failures on Sonoma EWS, but not on post-commit. This bug is to mark expectations for them to prevent false positives on patches while these bugs are worked out separately:

This is just a test expectation bug. So I am considering this resolved. Follow-up bugs to track the actual Sonoma 13.1 regression will follow.
