1. Start Windows MiniBrowser
2. Load https://results.webkit.org/?suite=layout-tests&test=fast%2Fcss%2F001.html
3. Move the mouse cursor to the revision identifier

Actual: The tooltip balloon has a square box at the top
Actual: The tooltip balloon should have a triangle at the top
