Description:
fast/scrolling/mac/scrollbars/very-wide-overlay-scrollbar.html is very flaky on Sonoma ToT since Sonoma bring-up. 


This issue can be reproduced by using the command: 
run-webkit-tests  --exit-after-n-failures 1 --debug fast/scrolling/mac/scrollbars/very-wide-overlay-scrollbar.html

Updating title since this isn't a new test, but rather one that was failing on Sonoma queues from the moment they were brought up.
