Description:
http/tests/site-isolation/frame-access-after-window-open.html is timing out constantly on macOS ToT and iOS17 starting from 270278@main.

This issue can be reproduced by using the command: 
run-webkit-tests  --exit-after-n-failures 1 --debug http/tests/site-isolation/frame-access-after-window-open.html
