Using Epiphany Tech Preview with WebKitGTK 2.42.1, we have an extreme scrolling performance issue on https://www.timeanddate.com/. It takes a very long time to render after scrolling. Something is seriously messed up.

Perhaps these 'Layout's and 'LayerTreeHost's that take nearly one second are related.
