HI Team, This is just re-arrangement of 'HTMLIframeElement.idl' and also adding missing ? and [SameObject] wherever as needed. Web-Spec: https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/iframe-embed-object.html#htmliframeelement and https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/obsolete.html#HTMLIFrameElement-partial Just wanted to raise, so we can fix those bits. Thanks!
