Wrong display error when copying full-size text (like Japanese or Chinese, etc.) and pasting it into the textbox on iOS 17.1.1.
Reproducibility: always
Steps:
1. Copy a full-size text, for example : パスワード: 311611
2. Paste into textbox and send.
Actual: %E3%83%91%E3%82%B9%E3%83%AF%E3%83%BC%E3%83%89:%20311611
Expected: パスワード: 311611
