Hi Team,

While going through WPT failures, I noticed that we failing following three tests on WPT:

WPT Test Live link: http://wpt.live/media-source/idlharness.window.html

> AudioTrack interface: attribute sourceBuffer	
> VideoTrack interface: attribute sourceBuffer	
> TextTrack interface: attribute sourceBuffer	

Because our 'IDL' files are missing:

Exposed=(Window,DedicatedWorker)

Adding them locally progress these failing tests.

Just raising so I can fix them.

We do not support MSE in a Worker yet, so let's not exposed it to DedicatedWorker yet
