Hi Team,

While looking into other changes, I noted that we have following namespace in 'mathml.css':

@namespace "http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML";

while MathML-Core specs say:

@namespace url(http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML);

Just small change, so raising so I can do quick PR.

They're equivalent, feel free to do a PR if you'd like.
