Allocating new `FilterResults` for every Filter::apply() is expensive for SVGFilters. This is now called every time DisplayList::Recorder has to handle a filter. Caching should be added to drawFilteredImageBuffer(), like in `RemoteDisplayListRecorder::drawFilteredImageBuffer()`.
