ecma/Date/15.9.5.12-1.js fails every night between midnight and 1am pacific. This annoys the pants off me. Can we either fix this test or turn it off?

Totally not acceptable. I recommend we skip this test if it's not easy to fix. Having our bots red 1/24th of the time is not cool. :(

We need to fix this. Or skip it. We can't have a test which we know fails every night at midnight on all bots. That's just silly. :)
