We have a lot of WPT failures due to poor integration of multi-column layout with anchor positioning. We should fix this. Some of the affected tests include: anchor-getComputedStyle-002 anchor-name-multicol-* anchor-position-grid-001 anchor-position-inline-004 anchor-position-multicol-* anchor-scroll-003
