Marking as resolved for now. These expectations will be removed once we update EWS to the latests Ventura update.

It looks like these tests started to fail in post commit yesterday.

I am going to close this bug and re-file. The crashes are still occurring. However, these two tests, while both being avif test don't crash at the same period of time.
