Rendering issue in etnaviv/vivante drivers for iMX6/GC3000 for the case of Etnaviv `compiled shaders are not okay` because `Number of uniforms (128) exceeds maximum 64` in gallium/drivers/etnaviv/etnaviv_shader.c for the Mesa gallium etnaviv. Issue is not reproducible in other SoC: mesa AMD/ATI Renoir; mesa RPI3 V4C.
