1. Visit chirpley.ai 2. Wait for the animation to finish 3. Scroll down 4. Observe how, after scrolling down slightly, the page doesn't update any more This is tested on Epiphany Technology Preview 44.rc-26-g4314e337c+/ WebKitGTK 2.39.91
