In the latest WebKitGTK MiniBrowser (locally compiled), scrolling with a touchpad is extremely fast, much faster than Epiphany Tech Preview. This is observed after the latest mouse scrolling speed changes.

I thought I hadn't changed the behavior for touchpad events, is it in GTK3 or GTK4?

Looks like a MiniBrowser issue. Scrolling in Epiphany Tech Preview is correct after 2.41.1. Maybe MiniBrowser has always had faster touchpad scrolling than Epiphany.
