Archives like https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/minified-archives.webkit.org/mac-ventura-x86_64%20arm64-release/258104@main.zip lack much of the content, and cannot launch. Notably, WebKit.framework/Versions/A/XPCServices is missing com.apple.WebKit.WebContent|GPU|Networking symlinks. Full archives that are used by bots are fine. rdar://103536499
