is a flaky ImageOnly failure on macOS Debug running on Intel only.

When attempting to replicate this failure on ToT, I get a crash instead of a failure. 

I ran the test on Monterey ToT as follows:

run-webkit-tests fast/forms/input-placeholder-layout-view.html
