Screencast of mouse scrolling stuttering as Reddit first loads

On reddit.com, when the website first loads, scrolling lags and stutters for a bit before it 'stabilizes' and scrolls smoothly. This problem is more pronounced with mouse scrolling and less with touchpad scrolling. Tested on WebKitGTK 2.41.1, Epiphany Technology Preview.

Fixed with async scrolling and Skia
