The following 4 Sleep Disabler API tests: 

TestWebKitAPI.SleepDisabler.Basic
TestWebKitAPI.SleepDisabler.ChangeSrc
TestWebKitAPI.SleepDisabler.Load
TestWebKitAPI.SleepDisabler.Mute

are flaky timeouts on Ventura running on Apple Silicon only.
