Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the Safari web inspector to the Network tab
2) Enable Preserve Log
3) Open https://www.apple.com
4) Press the Clear Network Items button
5) Open https://webkit.org in the same Safari tab

Expected results: The Network tab contains only the webkit.org items

Actual results: The Network tab contains both the new webkit.org items and the old apple.com items

I've tested with Safari 16.4 and Safari Technology Preview 166 on macOS 12.6.4.

This bug does not occur with the Console tab, where Preserve Log and Clear behave as expected.
