When loading en.wikipedia.org on Safari Technology Preview 166 and 167, Web Inspector's Elements tab hangs and cannot be used. The styles fail to load, and most elements inside the <body> tag cannot be viewed. I cannot reproduce this in release Safari 16.4.

Unfortunately, I'm not well-versed enough in Web Inspector internals to narrow down the exact cause of this, but this seems like a serious issue that most likely affects other websites as well.
