1. User has twitter app installed, or tabs bar visible and external keyboard is connected to the iPad
2. On an iPad, go to twitter.com 
3. Remote Inspect the iPad from the desktop
4. Disable Site Specific Hacks
5. Tap in the Username or Password fields 

Expected:
User should able to type in the fields without any UI issues ( flashing or twitching…)
