Hi Team,

While going through Blink's commit, I came across this failing test case:

^ Safari 16.4 shows 0 0 0 while Chrome Canary 115 & Firefox Nightly 115 show 1 2 3.

It is broken with WebKit ToT (263873@main) as well.
