is a constant timeout on iOS 16.

I was able to replicate this failure as follows:


run-api-tests --ios-simulator --root WebKitBuild/Release-iphonesimulator TestWebKitAPI.WKWebViewCloseAllMediaPresentations.VideoFullscreen

This was also reported in bug 252850; however, it seemed the test was fixed and closed out. Creating a new bug for the time being to have investigated again.
