Hi Team,

We are failing following testcase:

It is because of IDL spec does not mentioning 'unrestricted', while WebKit having it.

Web-Spec:  https://svgwg.org/svg2-draft/types.html#InterfaceSVGAnimatedNumber

Just raising so I can fix this.
