1. With STP 169
2. Go to https://apple.com/
3. Open the Web Inspector
4. Go to the Sources Tab
5. Resize the right column: Resource/Scope Chain to make it wider
6. Change to another tab, for example Console
7. Come back to the Sources tab

Expected:
The resized column stayed at the same place.

Actual:
The resized column was resized to its original width.
