In https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/39/builds/4923, run-layout-tests-in-stress-mode and layout-tests steps failed with exceptions related to simulator issues.

re-run-layout-tests completed and found failures (3 of which were related to the PR being tested), but then run-layout-tests-without-change failed with the same exception as the other two steps. This resulted in the tests being reported as flaky and the bubble got a green checkmark in the EWS comment.
