Hi Team,

While going through Blink's patch, I came across following, which is just clean-up and don't have any 'failing' or 'passing' testcase.

It is just alignment with web-spec.

Just wanted to raise. Note, I did this above change and it works and I am happy to do PR as well but it does not have any test.
