Hi, you're going to have to install debuginfo and take the backtrace properly with gdb. 18 frames of "n/a" is not a useful bug report. Please see https://blogs.gnome.org/mcatanzaro/2021/09/18/creating-quality-backtraces-for-crash-reports/ for instructions.
