On Mac OS 12.6.5+ and Safari 16.4+, modal window with a form that has a scrollbar is no longer interactable. Every input, dropdown, button and checkbox can't be clicked or tapped into focus as if the entire form is blocked. This is not happening on Mac OS 11.* or on any iPhone with the latest iOS updates.

1. go to this url: https://www.bookbaby.com/pricing 2. click on the "Get pricing" button for the "Printed Books & eBooks" option 3. a modal window will appear, on smaller viewport where the entire form doesn't fit the scrollbar appears and in this scenario is how the form is rendered not interactable.

hi, while these latest developer seeds might have the problem fixed, my customers don't have these versions and the real issue is still not resolved on MacOS 12.6.5/Safari 16.4/5. Are you able to reproduce the issues on MacOS 12.6.5/Safari 16.4/5? And if yes, is there a fix for these OS/Browser? Thanks!
This might be helpful in resolving this issue: We have just verified that on Mac OS 12.6.7, modal window with a form that has a scrollbar is also not interactable. Every input, dropdown, button and checkbox can't be clicked or tapped into focus as if the entire form is blocked.
