Hi Team,

I came across another failing testcase in Safari Technology Preview 171 and WebKit ToT:

^ Safari shows following:

lengthAdjust before removeAttribute: 2

lengthAdjust after removeAttribute: 2 <-------- 'It is 1 in other browsers e.g., Chrome Canary 116 and Firefox Nightly 115'

Blink Bug: crbug.com/523685

^ It might not be 1-1 merge, just wanted to raise for our tracking purposes.
